The NCP Wide Net project published the Benchmarking Report of the existing and emerging Centres of Excellence.
It gives a qualitative analysis on the existing Centres of Excellence (FP7 REGPOT, FP6 ToK, FP5 CoE) and could be an important step for preparing the support for the Teaming/Twinning actions.
The report gathers the most spectacular success stories of sustainability that may be reused in the Teaming/Twinning instrument as well as emerging Centers of Excellence.
