NCP_WIDE.NET, the project of the European National Contact Points of Spreading Excellence and Widening Participation and the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport, cordially invites representatives from the Slovenian academic community to a mini infoday dedicated to Spreading Excellence and Widening Participation of H2020. During the infoday, NCPs from Europe will explain the funding opportunities, offer advice for better quality of proposals, present best practices and ongoing projects of fellow organsiations as beneficiaries.

Introduction: Spreading Excellence and Widening Participation of H2020 provides important funding opportunities to the academic community. This funding pillar of H2020 aims at reducing the Innovation Divide across Europe by facilitating academic organisations from widening countries, including Slovenia, to team up with excellent European partners in order to learn from them, adopt best practices and ultimately be able to unleash their research and innovation potential. A number of measures are in place such as Twinning, Teaming, ERA Chairs, Widening Fellowships.
