NCP_WIDE.NET project is organising a mentoring visit in Budapest on December 4-5, 2017.
The purpose of the activity is to visit two Hungarian Teaming 2 projects and have a mini workshop on business plan drafting and innovation strategy.
Day 1 (4.12)
The mentoring visit will start at 13:00, with field visits at two Teaming 2 projects, namely the EPIC project – Centre of Excellence in Production Informatics and Control premises and the HCEMM-MOLMEDEX - Creating the Hungarian Centre of Excellence for Molecular Medicine. Both projects are coordinated by the Hungarian Innovation Office.

Day 2 (5.12)
NCPs will participate in a mini workshop aimed for business plan drafting and innovation strategy. A business innovation mentor with extensive experience on coaching will guide NCPs though the process of business plan drafting as well as on the elements of an effective innovation strategy. Estimated ending time:15:00.
This mentoring visit is a true opportunity for NCPs to acquire practical experience as well as to elaborate on core elements of widening proposals. Details information and agenda will follow in the coming days.
